Evan Togar Siahaan is the managing partner of Siahaan & Partners — Advocates and Legal Consultant.

He has extensively represented multi- national corporations and local companies in complex lega proceedings, court-sanctioned debt restructuring proceedings (PKPU/Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang), bankruptcy/insolvency litigation and enforcement of collaterals in Indone- sia.

In addition, Togar is a license holder of Advocates Association (PERADI) and a member of Bankruptcy Receiver and Administrator Association (AKPI/Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia).
